North Dakota Contractor License

We hold the required state and local licenses to perform roofing work in North Dakota and to pull permits on the properties we work on. Roofing is regulated for a reason. Licensed contractors carry the proper insurance, follow building codes, and are accountable to a state authority if something goes wrong.

When we pull a permit on your roof, the license that authorizes that permit is on file with the authority that issued it. You can request the license number and confirm it directly.

We will always provide our license number in writing when you ask for it. It appears on written proposals and permits, so it is available on every project we do.

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance on every project we run. This coverage protects your property against accidental damage caused during roofing work. If a crew member drops a bundle of shingles on your driveway, damages a window, or causes water intrusion while the roof is open, general liability is what covers the repair.

General liability also protects you from claims arising from injuries that happen on your property as a result of our work. This is one of the reasons we will never ask you to sign a liability waiver before we start. The coverage is already in place.

We provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. The certificate lists our policy limits, coverage dates, and insurance carrier. If you want to see it before you hire us, we will send it the same day.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance

Our crews follow industry-standard fall protection, ladder safety, and material handling practices. Job sites are secured at the end of each workday. Tools and materials are stored safely overnight. Magnetic sweeps are run across driveways and yards after tear-off to remove nails and debris.

We also comply with all applicable building codes for the areas where we work. This includes the City of Bismarck, the City of Mandan, and Burleigh and Morton County. Permits are pulled where required, and inspections are completed at each stage where they apply.

How to Verify Any Contractor
