If hidden conditions are discovered after work begins, such as rotted decking, damaged framing, or unexpected structural issues, we will stop and explain the situation to you. Additional work will only proceed with your approval.

Scheduling & Weather

Roofing work depends on weather and site conditions. In North Dakota, that can mean wind, rain, hail, or cold temperatures affecting a scheduled date. We will communicate clearly about scheduling and any changes.

We do our best to keep the schedule we agree on, but we cannot guarantee a specific date or time when weather makes the work unsafe or improper to perform.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your written proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to schedule the work, with the balance due on completion.

If your project is handled through an insurance claim, payment timing and amounts will follow the terms of the agreement between you, your carrier, and us.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Warranty terms, including coverage length and what is or is not included, are specified in your written proposal or contract and in any manufacturer warranty documentation provided at the time of installation.

Damage caused by storms, third parties, improper maintenance, or changes made by others after our work is complete is not covered under our workmanship warranty.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled project before work begins by contacting us directly. Any deposit or payment made will be handled according to the terms of your written proposal or contract.

Once materials have been ordered, delivered, or installed, some costs may not be recoverable. We will always be upfront about where things stand before you decide.
